What would you do to get your church healthier in 100 days?
That’s the question behind one of our biggest ministry announcements ever!
But first, let me tell you what’s behind it.
For more than a decade, the primary way I’ve done hands-on training for small-church pastors and volunteers is to travel to about 30 conferences every year.
Over the last few years there’s been a growing demand for longer, more in-depth teaching than individual conferences allow. So, at the request of denominational leaders, I’ve taught their pastors in online cohorts, walking church teams through the 100 Days to a Healthier Church process, based on my book of the same name.
The Success and Limitation of Online Cohorts
These cohorts have been enormously successful. Some pastors have taken it alone, while many have gathered their entire leadership together to hear the teaching, ask questions, then brainstorm together after the online teaching has concluded.
Cohorts have been limited to 12 churches at a time and have cost an average of $500 per church. When a denomination is underwriting some or all of that, it makes it possible for churches of all sizes to participate. But that price is unaffordable for most small churches, and we can’t accommodate everyone who wants to participate.
So, we’ve designed a solution that opens the door for everyone’s schedules and finances.
The Six-week Online Leadership Series Is Coming!
We’re making the same content available to everyone at a drastically reduced rate.
It’s happening on Tuesdays, May 5 — June 16, at 7pm ET (4pm PT)!

Jesus-focused • Bible-based • Real-world-tested • Discipleship-centered

Each week has a 90-minute training session (including at least 30 minutes of Q & A) that will prepare you and as many leaders as you want. At the end of the training, you and your leaders will be equipped to take your church through the 100 Days to a Healthier Church process with confidence.
This can help any church reach a new level of health and effectiveness for the glory of God and the blessing of your community.
Here’s the schedule:
- MAY 5: What a Healthier Church Looks Like (And How to Overcome “Mission Drift”)
- MAY 12: Identifying Your Church’s Culture (And How to Fix It)
- NO SESSION ON MAY 19, DUE TO TRAVEL
- MAY 26: How to Start the Change Process Using the Rebirth Curve
- JUNE 2: Moving from a Program-based to a Mission-based Mindset
- JUNE 9: Narrowing Your Focus by De-cluttering the Church
- JUNE 16: Overcoming Resistance to Change
And if your schedule doesn’t allow you to catch all or some of them, all sessions will be available on video to watch when it fits your schedule.
Ordering Resources for You and Your Team
Since the sessions are based on my book, 100 Days to a Healthier Church, it’s very helpful to have a copy to follow along with.
I’ve also created a 3×5-foot Wall Calendar showing the 100-Day process at a glance. This helpful tool will keep your team on the same page. Literally.
