Doug Beutler is a seasoned church planter and pastor with over 32 years of ministry experience. He is the founder of Seeds of Change, a growing network in Northeast Indiana that supports pastors leading churches with fewer than 100 members.

Doug has been known not for explosive church growth, but for multiplication-focused ministry. While his home church shifted from 78 to 70 in attendance, God used that same period to plant two new churches, launch a satellite campus in a local nursing home, and explode a disciple making movement reaching hundreds. Doug’s deep passion is equipping pastors of smaller churches to build thriving, disciple-making movements.
