Some churches make mistakes but keep growing and moving ahead at lightning speed, while other churches make similar mistakes, but can’t seem to make even the smallest forward progress.

It’s frustrating and disheartening when all the credit seems to go to the winners of the numerical growth game, while ignoring or overlooking their mistakes. Especially if you’re in a church in which every mistake feels fatal.
